What is the dozer blades?

Types Of Dozer Blades
Lateral Baldes
- Mounted on the left and right ends of a dozer’s straight or semi-U blade.
- Prevent spillage of material (dirt, rock, coal, etc.) off the sides of the blade.
Center Blades
- Mounted on the middle of dozer’s bucket, such as cutting edge.
- Do the bulk of the ground-engaging, cutting, and scraping.

- Can be tilted left or right for sidecasting and slope grading.
- Common in road construction and ditch digging.
